Our garden café is located in our barn and in the added orangery. In summer, outdoor dining opens in our garden. The garden café is imbued with our pursuit of sustainability and wise solutions for the well-being of the planet. We strive for our food to be good and do good for people and the planet. We only serve nutritious and organic food, free from additives and pesticides. We see both baking and cooking as a craft and everything we manufacture is made from scratch by us. We bake artisanally with flour from Sweden's cultural heritage varieties, organic and produced in the country. We work a lot with sourdough and slow fermentation processes to get tasty, healthy and filling bread and buns. We bake the bread in our wood-fired oven. We choose ingredients with care and celebrate our local farmers and producers.

Things We Bake

We bake different pastries in our bakery with a little variation depending on the season and creative desire. We have a penchant for cultured grains, sourdough and edible flowers (which we grow ourselves).
